Will COVID-19 (Coronavirus) affect my delivery?
We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff members.
In line with government guidance, we are continuing to deliver as usual from our yard, but bulk collections are NOT available.
At present (01/11/ 2020), all deliveries continue as normal.
Where ever possible we would ask customers to pay via bank transfer.
Deliveries are made all year round, each day of the week, in daylight hours as far as possible! All orders will be given an agreed day and time slot (2 hour period).It is preferable for you to be at home, particularly the first time we deliver.
Tipped loose loads of logs will arrive usually in a Nissan NV400 tipper. If necessary we also use a 4x4 Pick-Up and unload by hand.

We deliver FREE of charge within a 25 mile radius of Taunton for orders over £30.
We can deliver further afield for a small extra charge.
When we deliver our seasoned firewood, there may be some surface moisture if it has been raining, as this is unavoidable during loading/unloading on rainy days, this will quickly evaporate after you store your firewood.
